- I chatted with Jeff of Hyperbubble today and he granted me the honor of remixing one of their tracks! I really dig their synthpop sound and I’m overjoyed to work with vocals! Fear not, it’ll have that wytebred style you have learned to love (it’s a tough love, I know).

And I wanted to take this time to introduce you to this wonderful product:

Oh yeah. . .even pirates like Wasabi Funyuns!

- So, April 14 we go out to see our friend Billy spin at a bar up in Burlingame. Good times were had by most but I limited my drinking since I was the driver. Since Pat was drunk enough to let me take a stupid picture of him dancing, I thought it would also be wise to manipulate his image in some constructive way. Check out what I like to call “Pat Goes to the Mayor” based on the quirky Tim and Eric production on Adult Swim.

Click on the image and check out the guy doing some serious dirty dancing in the mirror!

Also, I dug up a slightly old experiement I kinda like. I never had a name for it so it’s an untitled ending track.

- So, here’s my weekend in one post! While up in the city (that being San Francisco) Saturday, I picked up the new Lemon Jelly DVD and the latest am-boy vinyl at Amoeba on Haight. Both are truly excellent experiences! JL didn’t lie when they have a disclaimer on their new album warning the listener it’s not the old Lemon Jelly (on a side note, you can find one of their tracks in the background of the new Hitchhiker’s Guide trailer). Am-boy, of course, proves that FL Studio can kick out some great tunes in the right hands (wish the album was a bit longer though).

With music in tow we headed over to Cha Cha Cha which is a great little tapas-styled restaurant. . .if you don’t mind waiting two hours! Once done there, we were harassed by the SFPD for not having a license plate on the front of my car and learned my brother still has issues with the traffic court. . .and according to the police, one of my shirts appears covered in blood.

Sunday, we bounce downtown to probably the best Chinese restaurant in existance, House of Nanking. I’ll have to compare it to when I actually visit Hong Kong and Macao this summer. In the mean time, look for this colorful sign next time you are over on Columbus.

Don’t be fooled by how run down it looks though (oddly enough, last year they closed down to remodel but it still looks pretty lame inside and out). Inside, you’ll find the most amusing owner that will order your food for you. You tell him what you WILL eat and he will whip you up a five course meal in about 10 minutes. GO NOW! Tell him you want “Pork, chicken, beef, and shrimp!”

- I have a new song up! I’m calling it Midnight’s Calling for now, but I’ll get a better name soon!

I’m also still working on the blogging magic and should have something up this weekend. Download some more music!

- Here I have two new tracks up. . .they are very synthy in design since I have been exploring a more original electronic sound for my next album. The first track kicks off with the new sound and is quite relaxed and dreamy. . .the next track was a joint effort between me and the artist formally known as Sharp (he’s going through a naming crisis–maybe a contest is in order). . .anyway, the second track will blow your mind. Everything is there: drums, synths, effects. . .a good tune. . .we had a bet to see who could produce a better track from a basic melody. I believe I won, but I’ll let you be the judge on that one. . .I know I made bazooie jealous! I also have a remix I did a while back for my good friend “Willow Feverdream”. . .least he used to be a good friend till he moved down to LA never to be heard from again!

- Now, the album To Be Somebody has been out for a while now and no word from any interested parties. . .guess I’m late to the party with that music! Oh well. . .some labels were turned off due to the amount of samples in the productions, but I don’t think they realized how the tracks were produced so they didn’t take the bait. However, if you are a record label, contact me immediately if you like what you hear! I still have a few copies of the album for $5.00 (shipped) to anyone that stumbles across the site and wants to purchase the full CD–8 tracks containing 35 minutes worth of musical excitement like nothing you have ever heard before!

Please, download all of the tracks and have your own album for free. As a matter of fact, I wish you would and share it with all of your friends.
